Het ereloon kan op basis van waarde/uur/resultaat of combinatie. De enige zekerheid die je kan hebben is een duidelijke afspraak/leidraad. Bvb dat de advocaat bepaalde plafonds meldt aan de cliënt. Ereloon is afhankelijk van een combinatie van criteria:
de financiële draagkracht van de cliënt;
het spoedeisend karakter van het dossier;
het belang van de zaak;
de moeilijkheden van het dossier;
het resultaat;
de ervaring van de advocaat;
zijn onderlegdheid in bepaalde materie.
Dat een advocaat 100 € of 150 € per uur vraagt zegt niets zolang niet ingeschat wordt hoeveel tijd hij aan iets besteedt... Stephan Doukhopelnikoff
